By participating in the Play & Win Contest ("Contest"), each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Contest will commence on 21 August 2026 at 7:00 PM (Singapore Time) and will end on 5 September 2026 at 11:00 PM (Singapore Time) ("Contest Period").
Only scores successfully recorded during the Contest Period will be eligible for the Contest.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.
The Contest is open to participants using a valid Singapore-registered WhatsApp mobile number.
Participants may play the game as many times as they wish during the Contest Period.
Each valid mobile number will be treated as a unique participant ID for the purposes of recording scores and determining leaderboard rankings.
Participants under 12 years of age may participate only using the mobile number of their parent or legal guardian and with the consent and supervision of that parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions on the child's behalf.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number and other information submitted are complete and accurate.
At the end of the Contest Period, the three (3) participants with the highest valid scores on the final leaderboard will each win one (1) Limited-Edition Fortune Merlion.
Scores and leaderboard positions are subject to verification by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant or score that it reasonably determines resulted from cheating, manipulation, exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities, automated play, unauthorised software, submission of false information, or any other conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
In the event of a tie affecting the top three positions, the participant who first achieved the relevant final high score, based on the Organiser's system records, will rank higher.
The Organiser's determination of the final leaderboard and winners shall be final, subject to applicable law. No correspondence regarding the determination of winners will be entertained.
Contest results will be published on Unigonsplay.com.
Winners will also be contacted using the WhatsApp mobile number submitted for participation.
Participants are responsible for providing a correct and accessible mobile number. The Organiser will not be responsible where a winner cannot be contacted because an incorrect, invalid or inaccessible number was submitted.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period determined by the Organiser, fails to respond to the prize notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to collect the prize by the stated deadline, the Organiser may award the prize to the participant with the next highest valid score.

All prizes must be redeemed and collected no later than 30 September 2026.
Any prize not collected by this date may be forfeited and offered to the participant with the next highest valid score.
The Organiser may require winners to provide reasonable proof of identity and/or proof of ownership or authorised use of the registered mobile number before releasing a prize.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or item.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Winners should inspect their prize at the time of collection. Once a prize has been accepted and collected, the Organiser will not provide an exchange solely for damage or defects discovered after collection, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
The Organiser reserves the right, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable value.
As part of prize collection, winners may be requested to participate in a reasonable prize presentation and photography session.
Subject to the winner's consent and applicable law, photographs and/or recordings from the prize presentation may be published on Unigonsplay.com and Uniplay's Instagram account for the purpose of announcing and promoting the Contest and its winners.
Where a winner is a minor, the consent of the winner's parent or legal guardian must be obtained before identifiable photographs or recordings of the minor are published.
By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that the Organiser may collect, use and process information submitted in connection with the Contest, including their mobile number, game scores and other information reasonably required to administer the Contest.
Such information may be used for purposes including:
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and the Organiser's applicable privacy policy.
Participation in the Contest does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
The Organiser will take reasonable steps to operate the Contest fairly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the game.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser will not be responsible for entries or scores that are lost, delayed or not properly recorded because of internet connectivity, device failure, telecommunications issues, system outages or other technical circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If a technical error, security incident or other event materially affects the integrity or fair operation of the Contest, the Organiser reserves the right to take reasonable corrective action, including invalidating affected scores, suspending the Contest or modifying the Contest where necessary.
Participation in the game and Contest is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unigons Global Pte. Ltd., its organisers, partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest, use of the game, acceptance or use of a prize, or attendance at a prize collection or related event.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
The prize competition and leaderboard contest will officially end on 5 September 2026 at 11:00 PM (Singapore Time).
The game may remain available to play after the Contest Period. However:
Continued availability of the game after the Contest does not constitute an extension or renewal of the Contest.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify participants and scores and to disqualify participation that breaches these Terms and Conditions or compromises the integrity of the Contest.
If circumstances outside the Organiser's reasonable control prevent the Contest from operating as intended, the Organiser may reasonably suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
By selecting "I Agree", proceeding to submit a mobile number for Contest participation, or otherwise entering the Contest, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
